IST 195 will introduce you to current methods of digital information management—from basic spreadsheets to complex databases.

You’ll develop search strategies and techniques to present information graphically in support of both oral and written presentations, and you’ll be introduced to basic computer programming and the underlying structures of logical software development.

This course will give you a new understanding of the critical role that networking and information management play in the global economy.
